The staff were great and courteous too. We took a superior king room with an iron and ironing board, a work desk, and television, it was luxurious. Enjoyed having restaurants and very good restaurants very close to the hotel.
Nice location and staff, I liked it. In the restaurant they served French cuisine dishes. Its my first option in San Francisco, thank you.

It is a quiet little property located in Downtown San Francisco district next to Union Square, San Francisco, restaurants.
The check-in was easy, the service was individual, plus exquisite location. Breakfast was rich and I loved that they offered fresh bread, jam, fruit, eggs and cheese. Location so close to a hill, ALL the shops and the tram line.
Residential location, it was in a very convenient area.

Brilliant location in the business area, nicely decorated rooms, and very cordial staff. The continental breakfast was a nice touch. Convenient hotel, welcoming service. Walking distance to the markets and shops across the street.

All in all really nice stay. Set walking distance to a cable car station. Our favorite hotel in San Francisco, staff was professional.

It was surely a fantastic stay for another night. Exceptionally comfortable beds, a work desk, multi-channel TV and a sitting area in the room. The restaurant was great for dinner.
